Mastectomy is the surgical removal of the breast tissue. For women who undergo this, the fat deposits on the breast are suctioned out, and the skin tightened and sutured to flatten out the chest area. Jaw reshaping is a common practice, and some people undergo it to have a squarer and more robust jaw line.
